Dubai Airport Transfers to Al Barsha, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina

Al Barsha, Al Barsha Heights, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina appear frequently in hotel searches, but they are different destinations. When arranging a Dubai airport transfer, the specific hotel or building matters more than a broad description such as “beach area” or “near Marina”.

OceanGate Travels brings these destinations together within its named Zone 2 coverage. You can use the same transfer page to check an airport arrival, departure or return journey, while providing the exact address for your own booking.

Check the area before choosing the vehicle

Zone 2 includes Al Barsha and Al Barsha Heights, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR and JLT. It also covers Jumeirah 2 and 3, Jumeirah Beach, Umm Suqeim, Burj Al Arab, Al Sufouh, Media City and Internet City.

Additional named areas are Discovery Gardens, Ibn Battuta, International City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Academic City, Liwan, Dubailand Residence Complex, Al Mizhar and Al Khawaneej. The full list is available in the expandable coverage section on the Al Barsha Heights and Zone 2 airport transfer page.

The approximate distance guide on that page is not a substitute for the named coverage list. If your hotel is outside the listed areas, check with the team rather than assuming that a similar distance means the same fare applies.

Use the full hotel name

“Palm Jumeirah” identifies the destination area, but it does not identify the hotel entrance. The same applies to Marina, JLT and Al Barsha. Enter the property name and full address so the pickup or drop-off can be coordinated accurately.

Al Barsha and Al Barsha Heights are both covered, but they should not be used interchangeably in the booking details. Copy the location from your accommodation confirmation and check that it refers to the property where you are actually staying. If you change hotels during the trip, make sure the return pickup reflects that change.

Arrival, departure or both?

For a Dubai International Airport arrival, enter your flight details and destination. For a hotel-to-airport departure, provide the pickup address and the time you want to leave. The flight’s departure time is not the same as the vehicle pickup time.

If both journeys are needed, compare the return option with your complete itinerary. Keep the return date and pickup details ready instead of assuming that the system can infer them from the arrival flight. Travel time varies with the pickup point and road conditions, so allow for that variation when planning your pickup.

Compare the options for your actual party

The booking page offers Comfort, VIP and Group Transfer. Enter all travellers, including children and infants, according to the age categories shown on this product. Then compare the options available for the selected date and party.

Review both the journey type and the total. A starting price may apply to a particular group size, whereas your own booking total reflects the selection in the form. Use that live total rather than a remembered price from a previous enquiry.

After selecting an available option, check the details carried into the booking form. Correct an address or passenger count before confirming rather than leaving the team to guess what was intended.

Make communication easy

Provide a working email address and a mobile number with its country code. A WhatsApp-enabled number helps the team communicate about the pickup. Follow the instructions issued for your booking rather than relying on an airport meeting point from an older trip.

If your stay is actually in Bur Dubai, Deira, Downtown or Business Bay, start with the central Dubai airport transfer. For Jebel Ali and the named outer Dubai locations, check Zone 3 coverage.

A precise destination, a complete traveller count and the correct journey direction make the transfer easier to arrange from the start.
