Refunds and Return Policy

Overview

At OceanGate Travel and Tourism LLC, we strive to provide exceptional Tour and travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours before the Tour or Activity starts. Refunds will be valid 24 hours before the booking. If the booking day started since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Refund Process:
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@oceangatetours.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
    • Refunds will be examined and processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the booking.
  2. Non-Refundable:
    • Certain components of your tour/travel package which includes Entry tickets or addmision passes to any attraction will be non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your must inform us before the booking day, And if the activity or Tour you booked involve any entry ticket or admission pass to any attraction will not be refunded.
