Pickup informationYour selected route, dates and pickup times carry through to customer details.
Choose the exact airport or city in the From and To fields. For Dubai Airport, choose your terminal in the search results. Provide your exact meeting point and destination address in customer details; for airport pickups, also provide your flight number and scheduled arrival details.
Allow at least 1 hour before pickup in Dubai, or 3 hours before pickup in another city, including Hatta. Times are UAE local time (UTC+04:00). For return journeys, each leg follows the notice required by its own pickup location.
A return journey reverses the exact selected endpoints, including the airport terminal. Enter the return date and pickup time once; you do not need to select the airports again.
CancellationAt least 24 hours before confirmed pickup. Eligible refunds remain subject to the existing processing-fee conditions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity or pickup time for an eligible refund, subject to the processing-fee rule below. Later cancellation or a no-show: no refund.
For an otherwise eligible cancellation within 48 hours after successful payment, no processing fee applies. After 48 hours, a 10% processing fee is deducted from the otherwise refundable amount. This grace period does not override the service deadline. If OceanGate or the operator cancels the service, the affected service is refunded in full without this processing fee.
Airline flight delays are handled as pickup-time changes, not cancellations or automatic no-shows. Inform OceanGate of changes; flight-related pickup adjustments for the same route, passengers and vehicle have no additional OceanGate charge. If the revised time cannot be accommodated, an alternative or refund will be arranged. Each return-transfer leg is considered separately.
The cutoff is measured from your confirmed pickup time. Existing bookings keep their accepted terms.

Which traveller ages should I choose?
Adults are aged 9 and over. Children aged 0–8, including infants, count toward vehicle capacity. The child fare is added to the adult transfer total and included in the exact total shown before confirmation.
Which vehicle fits my party?
Comfort accommodates up to 8 travellers and Business Class (VIP) up to 6. Group Transfer requires at least 15 adults and accommodates up to 50 travellers in total. These totals include children and infants.
Is the displayed per-person amount the amount charged?
The transfer total is the exact amount for your selected party and journey. The per-person figure is an approximate average across all selected travellers, including children when present; it does not replace the exact total.
How does a return journey work?
Your return reverses the same selected endpoints. Choose its date and pickup time above; those choices are retained in customer details. Travel time varies by route and traffic.
