How will I find my driver at the airport?
For Terminal 3, meet inside Starbucks near the main exit and stay inside. For Terminals 1 and 2, follow the name-board meeting instructions sent by OceanGate. Provide a WhatsApp-enabled phone number.
Can I choose Comfort or VIP for a return transfer?
Yes. Select Return and your preferred vehicle, then choose your date and travellers. Enter pickup and flight details for both journeys at checkout.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number and scheduled arrival time, and inform OceanGate of changes. The team will verify your flight details and pickup arrangements.
Is the transfer private or shared?
This is a private transfer, so you will not share the vehicle with other passengers.
Are sightseeing stops included?
No. This service is a direct transfer. Additional stops or detours need a separate quote.
