Q: Where will I meet the driver?

Provide your flight number, terminal and scheduled arrival details for an airport pickup, or your exact address and requested pickup time for a departure. Follow the pickup and meeting instructions issued with your booking; do not assume a fixed meeting point at every terminal.

Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?

Airline flight delays are handled as pickup-time changes, not cancellations or automatic no-shows. Inform OceanGate of changes. Flight-related pickup adjustments for the same route, passengers and vehicle have no additional OceanGate charge. If the revised time cannot be accommodated, an alternative or refund will be arranged. Each return-transfer leg is considered separately.

Q: Is the vehicle private, and are extra stops included?

The vehicle is private to your party. Your booking includes a private air-conditioned vehicle, driver, luggage assistance, fuel and standard tolls. Additional stops and personal expenses are excluded. Choose an option available for your complete party, including children and infants.

Airport pickup and meeting points

This transfer covers Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

For airport arrivals: Please provide your flight number and scheduled arrival date and time, together with your destination hotel or address. If you are unsure of your terminal, our team will verify it using your flight details.

Terminal 3: Meet your driver inside Starbucks, near the main exit. Please remain inside Starbucks and do not walk outside. Your driver will contact you on WhatsApp.

Terminals 1 and 2: Your driver will meet you with a name board showing your name. Please follow the meeting instructions provided by our team.

Our vacation usually begins when we check into our hotel room. Roohul made sure that our vacation began with the transfer. He is extremely friendly and a very pleasant driver, which is not always a given. We felt very safe and comfortable and found the journey to be entertaining. He also knew the answers to all our questions about the country and its people and was able to give us lots of valuable tips. A surprisingly pleasant journey. Highly recommended.
