“Abu Dhabi to Dubai” can describe several different journeys. You might be leaving a city hotel, arriving at an airport or travelling between two accommodation addresses. The city names alone do not tell the booking system where the transfer should begin and end.

Choose an airport or a city deliberately
The airport choices are Dubai International Airport (DXB), Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport (AUH), Sharjah Airport (SHJ) and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (RKT).
The city and destination choices include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Hatta is included as a destination even though this list is not a list of separate emirates.
Choose the airport endpoint for an airport pickup or drop-off. Choose the appropriate city endpoint for a city address, then provide the exact hotel or location in the booking details. This avoids treating a city-centre hotel and an airport as interchangeable destinations.
Check that the route is offered online
The current online prices cover Dubai to the other listed cities, or the reverse journey, including the listed airport endpoints. Other city pairs require a quote. The presence of two locations in the selector does not mean that every possible pair is offered at an online fare.
For example, if your journey does not start or finish at a supported Dubai endpoint, check its availability rather than choosing a different route to obtain a price. Same-location journeys and transfers between terminals at the same airport are not offered through this form.

Check the direction and travel date
Read “From” as the place where the driver should collect you and “To” as your destination. An airport arrival followed by a city drop-off is different from a city pickup for an airport departure. Check both fields even if you have used a similar transfer before.
For a one-way journey, enter the pickup date and requested pickup time. The form uses UAE local time. For flights that arrive around midnight, check the calendar date carefully so that the requested pickup belongs to the correct day.
Understand what a return journey includes
In this form, the return is the exact reverse of the outward route. Set its date and pickup time separately. The return pickup notice depends on the location where that return journey begins.
If you plan to return from a different city, airport or accommodation area, do not assume that an exact-reverse return covers the changed route. Ask for the appropriate arrangement before booking. Keeping both directions explicit helps avoid a return reservation that does not match the end of your trip.
Enter adults and children accurately
This product uses adults aged nine and over, and children aged zero to eight, including infants. Children count toward vehicle capacity and are charged in addition to the adult transfer total. Follow the categories on this particular booking form rather than carrying over an age rule from another transfer product.
Choose Comfort, Business Class (VIP) or Group Transfer after entering the route and travellers. Review the exact transfer total and the journey summary before continuing to customer details. Your selected route, dates and travellers are retained for that next step.
Leave enough notice and check the details
The current booking notice is one hour for Dubai pickups and three hours for pickups in other listed cities and airports. This is advance booking notice, not an estimate of journey time or advice about when to reach an airport for check-in.
Before confirming, check both endpoints, the traveller count, requested pickup times and your contact details. If your journey falls outside the supported route combinations, request a quote with the real locations rather than adjusting the form to describe a different trip.
